Field Service Technician
Description
Reporting to the Site Manager and/or Team Leader, you will be responsible for commissioning and maintaining coaxial network infrastructures and equipment for both private and business customers.
Main Activities
- Prepare and carry out n intervention from start to finish
- Understand and analyse the intervention file
- Determine the material requirements for the intervention
- Install cables and perform network connections
- Carry out cable pulling
- Locate and repair faults and/or defects
- Diagnose, test, and repair a line
- Maintain good relations with the customer
- Work outdoors on the network and public areas
Profile
- Knowledge of coaxial networks and cabling principles
- Proficiency in cable pulling and connection techniques
- Ability to diagnose and repair technical faults
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in French
